It is commonly said that, Justice is what is visible. Justice is in the worst of our country, but its continuity exists with great climate in the form of injustice and lawlessness, as a result of which feeling of insecurity and deprivation is born in police stations and here the foundation of cruelty against the deprived class is laid.

This section of the police, which considers the plaintiff as the accused and the accused as the culprit, has turned the police stations into horror and terror place. The plaintiff may be bound in a self-inflicted crime to prove his guilt.

Such concerns people have about the police are not fanciful stories or assumptions, but the "anti-social performance" of the police is far more serious and violent than words can describe or introduce. There are those who can quench the thirst of being a victim of police brutality.

In the civilized countries or societies of the world, police stations are recognized and known as a symbol of peace, tranquility, justice and the guardian of the law. In those countries, Police and ruling authority full their responsibilities according to law and abide by laws, they are bound to act upon law. No one is considered above the law. But in our country it is not possible to act on law and thus is no value of law in our country.

If there is any status, then only those who have the power to enforce the law would be able to turn this wax nose in any direction they want. A police inspector and a sub-inspector, as well as an investigating officer, have the unlimited powers to turn the case against the plaintiff whenever they want. Even the legality of such papers prepared by them cannot be challenged at any level and forum. Has the power to turn hashish into clay, alcohol into water and heroin into salt.

Therefore, the impression cannot be completely rejected/ignored that no crime is possible without the assistance of the police. And big organized groups and crime traps are established by them. This impression can also be true that there is a price of crime according to its nature. It may also be true that the price of each crime in the police station is fixed, which is determined according to the seriousness/nature of the crime. Whoever bids more, "justice" will go to him.

It can be confirmed from many sources that the investigating officer or police officer instructs the girl or woman who comes to file a complaint of rape to first undergo a medical test and then in the light of her medical report. This would have been a delaying tactic to raise the price of the crime, after which the police would contact the accused named in the application and open the door to the transaction. And the second aspect is that the plaintiff abandons the intention to file the report due to some unknown fear. But the transaction relationship with the named accused continues.

Over the past decade, the brutal use of uniformed power has sent shockwaves through the air that may not have been felt by the masters of uniformed power. There are many incidents in Pakistan can be shared no doubt, these can be judge by any one ,which are available on media. What is required is that the higher authorities of the police try to end this perception and truly implement the rule of law so that justice is done.
